We keep waitlist emails and related records for as long as needed to operate the waitlist, communicate about Backup.fm, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your email as described below.

Backup.fm is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

We are based in Washington, USA. If you access Backup.fm from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States.
